The UMB for DeMolay in Wisconsin has introduced a plan to help Chapters cover the cost associated with membership recruitment. Chapters are eligible to be reimbursed up to $500 per term of office (twice annually) for expenses incurred from membership recruitment activities. All the Chapter has to do is complete the Recruitment Reimbursement Form one month PRIOR to the event explaining what will be happening, supply a budget for the event, and submit it for approval to the Executive Officer. Once approved, the Chapter initially pays all of the event’s expenses, and then submits receipts with the accompanied Expense Form following the recruitment event. The UMB will reimburse two-thirds of the expenses up to $500! |
