DeMolay Prom 2023 Registration!

Welcome to the DeMolay Prom 2023 registration form. D-Prom 2023 will be held at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee South, 6401 S 13th Street, Milwaukee, WI.

Your Glowing evening will be filled with dancing, Food and Fun and glow in the dark fun.

Please fill out all required information below for yourself, and you can also add other members!

Registration Closes December 1,2023

D-Prom King and Queen Nominations:

•  Due by December 1.
• They must be submitted by the chapter advisor directly to Mom Aliza Garica @ sweethearts@widemolay.org
• NO late submissions will be allowed
• NO verbal submissions.
• All nominees can not have previously held the title of King or Queen.
