⚔️ The Gathering of the Realm (Wednesday)
As the sun sets, knights from across the land arrive to claim their place in the kingdom. From 6:00–9:00 PM, the gates open for check-in as you enter the realm and prepare for the journey ahead. At 8:00 PM, a grand cinematic tale will set the tone for our adventure, followed by the Official Conclave Kick-Off, where the call to quest is declared.
For those noble recruiters who expanded our ranks in April, a VIP Off-Site Adventure awaits—an exclusive honor among the kingdom’s finest.

🏰 Trials of Valor (Thursday)
The day begins with a legendary quest to Lambeau Field, where knights will walk the grounds of champions and draw inspiration from greatness.
In the afternoon, we journey to Lily Lake for water trials—testing courage, camaraderie, and spirit.
As dusk falls, prepare for Capture the Flag: Battle for the Banners, where strategy and strength will determine which faction claims victory.

🛡️ The Forging & The Siege (Friday)
Knights will begin the day by forging their weapons, crafting the tools they’ll carry into battle.
Then comes the Tournament of Champions, where skill, honor, and determination are put to the test.
As night falls, the call is given to Conquering the Kingdom—an epic clash where only the bold will prevail.

👑 The Royal Court & Grand Feast (Saturday)
The realm gathers for matters of importance during Legislation at 8:30am, where voices shape the future of the kingdom. If you are attending the Weekend Showcase (Saturday and Sunday), registration is from 8:30-9:30am.
The highest Honor in the realm is bestowed during the Chevalier Investiture at 10am, followed by lunch and the sacred Degrees at 1pm that strengthen the bond of brotherhood.
As evening arrives, knights and nobles assemble for the Grand Banquet at 5:30pm, a celebration of achievement and unity. The night continues with the State Officer Installation, welcoming new leaders to guide the realm forward—before ending in a lively After Party worthy of legend.

🌅 The Final Honor (Sunday)
As our quest draws to a close, we gather for the Majority Ceremony, a powerful and meaningful tradition marking the transition from one chapter of knighthood to the next. A moment of reflection, pride, and legacy—honoring those who have completed their journey.

Parents…we will be pulling up the drawbridge at 11:00am, so you must pick up your Knight or Maiden before then or else they will be thrown into the moat!
