Conclave 2020 Cancelled

On Sunday, July 12, 2020, the United Masonic Board for DeMolay in Wisconsin met and one of the topics discussed was Conclave.  Given the ever-growing number of cases of COVID-19 in Wisconsin and the possibility of the virus being transferred to members then spreading among their brothers, or their families, it was decided to cancel the 2020 Conclave event at Carthage College.

We want to thank you for taking your time out to register for this event.  We will be issuing refunds to those who sent in payments over this next week with the help of our Treasurer Dad AJ Storrs. These refunds will be sent to the payment method used during checkout.  If you used a Credit Card, make sure to check your bank statements this coming week.  If you do not receive your refund by Friday July 17, 2020 please let Dad Wells know. Conclave shirts will also be mailed to any full-time adult, youth, and staff registrants.

Wisconsin DeMolay still plans on installing the 2020-2021 State Officer Corps virtually as well as hosting our legislation for Saturday, July 25, 2020.  Information will be sent out to all of our members this coming week.
